Starters: choice of two of the following 

  • Soup of your choice
  • Fan of melon & coulis
  • Florida cocktails
  • Prawn cocktail
  • Pate

Main course – choice of two of the following:

  • Roast beef & Yorkshire pudding
  • Roast turkey, stuffing & sausage
  • Roast pork, stuffing & sausage
  • Chicken breast in white wine & mushroom sauce
  • Fillet of duck in orange sauces
  • Fillet of salmon
  • Roast lamb & mint sauce
  • Vegetarian/ vegan options available on request

All mains are served with following:

  • Roast & boiled potatoes
  • Three fresh seasonal vegetables of your choice
  • Gravy or sauce

Dessert – choice of two of the following:

  • Apple pie with ice cream or cream
  • Individual cheesecake of your choice
  • Individual dessert of your choice
  • Strawberries & cream (depending on time of year)
  • Lemon meringue & cream
  • Fresh cream trifle
  • Profiteroles & cream
  • Black forest gateux
  •  Cheese & biscuits

Every effort will be made to provide menus as quoted certain items may have to be substituted. All our menus are only suggestions you can vary them in any way you wish. All our menus include vegetarian options we can also quote for a menu of your choice 

For functions in marquees or other venues where there are no adequate cooking facilities, there will be additional charge 

Quality and service are guaranteed. Price includes uniformed waiting on staff.

Outside bars can be arranged 

We are also able to help source venues and discos if required

All functions to be paid for in full 14 days prior to event 

Ann’s catering Uttoxeter LTD is more than happy to offer food hygiene and public liability certificates.

All buffets will be cleared away and disposed of after 2 hours 

All dietary needs must be informed to Ann’s catering 

To secure the date a deposit of £150 is required
